What counts as a run?
Each scorecard you open in full, including a re-score after applying recommendations. The free plan includes 3 per verified email address.
What happens when I run out?
You still get the headline score, the red flags and the coverage grid for every set you upload. The dimension breakdown and recommendations open again with Pro or a scorecard pack.
What is the scorecard pack?
5 more full scorecards for £15, with no subscription. They last 12 months and are used after your free ones. If you would use more than 4 in a month, a month of Pro costs less.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro or a pack isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first purchase and you get a full refund, processed by Paddle.
What does the Prompt Set Build include?
Zebora researches how your buyers ask, writes 50 prompts for one market (or 100 across up to 3 for £2,250), grades the set to 80 or more on RateMyPrompts, and hands it over in 10 working days as a CSV for your tracker, with a measurement plan. It includes 3 months of Pro. Tracker licences and content changes are not included.
Do I need an account?
Only for Pro or a pack. You sign in with a link we email you, so there is no password to remember.
Does RateMyPrompts run my prompts in ChatGPT or Perplexity?
No. It grades the prompt set itself: whether the questions you track measure your buyers. Use it alongside a tracker such as Peec, Profound or Semrush, which runs them.
How does billing work?
Monthly or yearly. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which also takes care of VAT. Cancel any time from your account, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
